Then you don't need to travel often.

Also as a HML ( which I have been) I would not do a deal that is one off in an area were I don't have a concentration of loans if it went bad its too expensive to travel there and try to figure it all out.. kind of like a white elephant loan.

A couple of traveling nurses contacted me, looking for a three month lease on a vacant unit I have advertised.

The more a Seller of the partial steps into a loan to administrate thereby reducing the rights of the Buyer of the partial to enforce the actual security instrument the more we travel toward a security.

The BP community gave me advice on not getting started in real estate right now and focus on a job and save some capital and travel a little while making as little liabilities as possible.

We enjoy traveling, boating on Lake LBJ, live music, hiking with our dogs and spending time with our family. 

I forgot to add that we are traveling to Charlotte and Asheville in July and will be going to a REIA meeting in both cities as well as meeting with a prospective real estate agent.
