With technology and people’s busy schedules why would you not want a screened prospective tenant to be able to view the property at 7pm because they just got off work?

I wouldn't use such technology in a rental.

Many of the other products are the "click together" variety (I've been reading that many of the local landlords like the Smart Core found at Lowes). 

If you are concerned about her ability to adapt to the technology needed to make the payments, just allow her to send checks.  

So my question is Is Rent To Retirement a smart investment?
