What is involved as far as cost and scope of work to separate water meter/billing for a duplex?

We contacted the county health department and the water department: NO record of where the tank and drain field is located in their files but they both confirmed there is NO SEWER in the area.

I'm not looking to sell but rent and from doing research I should be able to get 1100-1300 and renters pay their own utilities and water/sewage.

There's no water, no power and a composting toilet.

He chooses those because they are easy to setup and take down plus they have some nice sensors (glass break sensor, motion, and water detection- nice for leaky basements or sump pump areas)I believe the most important thing on your outdoor cameras is that they are visible so potential burglars see they will be recorded if they do anything.It's also cheap enough these days to get wifi lights.

You're waiting on your water to be refilled, as your cup is sitting there empty.

They require additional insulation, only tankless water heaters, only mini-split HVAC, Etc, Etc.

Many local gov't will require a feasibility study, environmental surveys, storm water run off reports, etc... it varies from county to county, state to state, but be aware. 

I've seen the bad side (although that was 2010-12 or so, so I am old and biased) when inspections was a PITA and at least once cost me more in collective 'inspections fees' than the water tank replacement. 

Unless it's different in Oklahoma, typically, the landlord pays for the water on a duplex, so keep that in mind.I hope this helps and good luck.
