God said if you share the wealth instead of hoard it, he will give you more of the same and the desires of your heart.

I have a desire to learn more and invest in multi family units and am looking around the Southern California area.

For highly desirable units you can get more but they are few and far between.

The reason I did this is because I'm young,  single,  live pretty simply, it doesn't disrupt my life too much to pick up and move, and the property was in a desirable location so I knew it'd go quickly if it went to open investment.  

I don't know nothing about n how to fix things n a house but I thing I have is the desire to succeed n the real estate game.

Id basically be living on a slightly higher college-student level budget for a while (no desire for a "big house".

We don't want to service, or replace w/d units, but we do want our tenants to have their own with our provided hook ups.As the other posters have said, it isn't about the money its about having a much more desirable apartment.  

While I enjoy buying and selling for clients, (my real desire is to invest in either rentals or flip projects.

I explained to him that I've been this way since I was a child...really ever since I can remember....and although I try to control my desire to explore and analize and love business.....i just cannot.

(Sometimes I get this weird desire to sit in a room full of people that are so eager to do what I'm already doing).
