When building spec homes, how do you determine the size of homes to build?

Apartments can go up to 80% ltv depending on the loan amount size and if the property and buyer are strong. 

There is no one size fits all, and you'll likely leave hundreds if not thousands of dollars on the table if you do not consult an attorney.

In Orleans parish, you can pay the Constable to serve the 5 day notice, but it just aids time.  

What is the minimum and maximum size of loan that is most comfortable for your institution?

If the occupants didn't leave voluntarily after being served with a legal notice to vacate, we could then proceed through the normal eviction process for our jurisdiction.

I know a couple of people that I have served with who have two VA loans but being on active duty you get BAH, and unless you get out or retire you are pretty safe knowing you will get paid every month.

I served Hampton Roads with appraisal services for nearly 8 years before relocating in 2012.

That being said, they would have purchased my last flip but it didn't suit their needs size wise, so I believe we have similar tastes from a design standpoint.
