Are there any negative impacts in the future when I need to apply mortgage applications with banks or affects my credit scores?

We can help first-time investors or seasoned investors with a mix of hard money, LOC's, private money, asset-based/no score programs as well. 

I don't know much, but I know that, for better or worse, our capital markets are incredibly complex and I don't understand them enough to make a call one way or another about many policy issues. 

I used to have a credit score in the 760s but I bought a distressed property and used credit cards to rehab it, causing my credit score to drop to around the 600-620s, but my plan was to do a cash out refi on 5/1/2020 (that'll be 6 months since I bought the property via hard money) so I can pay off the debts.Is there anyone who can lend 30 year fixed conventional investment loan with lower credit?

My husband and I both have heart perfect credit scores, so we're looking to put them to work for us.

Also, if vacancies are coming up, and there are situations like this, do you think any landlord who is not very certain will rent to a prospective tenant w/a low or average FICA score?

I'd recommend Owners with Low Financial Stability Scores (FSS).

Just this past weekend , Family is moving their elderly father from out of state .Kids are on the lease , 820 credit score and make 18 grand a month husband and wife together .

It is incredibly infuriating.

HOWEVER, what I am not 100% convinced on yet is if there is a negative effect on my FICO score because in the past any mortgage in forbearance is reported to the credit bureaus under a different code which then in turn lowers your FICO score.Does anyone have inside knowledge of how this actually does or does not affect FICO scores?
