Good luck ... during my audit they actually disallowed a valid rental of office space by one of my LLC's from the other LLC that also had the rest of the commercial building leased.The 'Office space' was legit with pics etc & the rent was a nominal $380/month.

To find acreage you can:Pick up a paper and scan the classifieds, orDrive around.Search online sites like ebay or craiglist (filter as you search)Even realtor.com can search land for you in almost any area.Picking up some brochures from a realty office works too.

Eventually, you can maybe look at taking pics of your receipts (there are some good apps out there for this as well) so that you can streamline the recordkeeping.
