The way it will work is  we will have all say so of who comes in & out of our house, guidelines and regulations, and there would be no outside party with overriding say on who comes, goes, and stays.

I strongly advocate moving properties to be smoke free environments, it solves additional problems for me in California where tenants might be eager to smoke things other than tobacco.
