Hey Poonam, although I am pretty new to this platform, I have been a real estate investor for a while now as well as a business owner.During my journey, I have invested a lot of time and money in people more experienced than me to get where I want to be.

I am trying to get a loan to buy an investment property, and they have been contacting me, but I am not sure if it is worth going forward or not unless someone has already done business with them.

To have a “job” that you in effect pay to have will get old real quick

I think if they get their way, there will be caps on commissions like in the mortgage business.
