You'd have to own hundreds of them to pull that off, and the economics of scale wouldn't work because you'd have to buy hundreds of homes and manage thousands of headaches.

In Texas, if there is a death in the house from natural causes then you don't have to disclose it, but if its unnatural then you are required to disclose it.
