Do I find the title company during the inspection period?

I recently saw a post from Anthony Walker asking experienced real estate professionals and those newer to the business about gaining a competitive advantage and it got me thinking about what competitive advantages a real estate private equity firm can attain in their business.

The title company is charging a 5% escrow fee.

My company leases a property from a private landlord in Glen Ellyn, with permission to sublease.

You have no control over your own property if you allow a new property management company to choose your first tenant when you only have one property.Know the costs of every call, handyman, etc in advance.
