If you wanted the construction LLC for branding/marketing or perhaps one day taking on work from the outside, then there would be some use. 

I will need someone to take a look at it ASAP as the leak has already shown on the outside of the wall below the sink.

CA has lots of affordable places to buy and rent, if you look outside of SD, LA, OC, SB, SF, etc.

Put in a new support wall outside, new roof, fixed walk around porch, new HVAC system, 2 new bathrooms done in the historic style in one and not in the other, new water line,  new floors, fixed wall that was fallen 6 inches from second story to foundation, replaced termite damaged foundation beams, paint and cosmetic stuff, all new plumbing, lots more.

If you're in software development, you're good at what you do, and you're not focused on some bespoke in-house developed platform that no one outside of your organization has ever heard of - Austin will be a better job market for you than Philly. 

We than always make it clear in writing and in conversations that the client always may go outside that and choose their own inspector.

It takes time to research so any investment outside of your current stock will take more of your time and effort.
