There are some newer synthetic tiles which look quite nice but I don't know anything about their durability.Ceramic or stone tiles may be broken when furniture is moved.

Again, I don't know the scope of your project, but if it involves more than painting and changing the furniture, you likely will want at least an architect to help you.  

Hi, I was wondering what I need to know/where I should look to find a house/land where I could legally grow large amounts of outdoor marijuana, because my friends and I are trying to start a business. 

I would be inclined to try to cost effectively turn the extra parking spot into an outdoor patio for your own usage but not tear up concrete if that is what you were thinking.

Of course with all the furniture removed from the home I started to notice things I had not planned to fix in the home.
