Will the remaining shareholders be treated as a minority owner of building or just simple as another pool of tenants?

There aren't a lot of smaller multi-family properties in the west metro and properties often sell for a premium due to the school districts, etc. 

I also find you get a higher class of tenant the closer you are to the lake and the closer you are to Wickliffe.

However, I often find myself thinking that there is more opportunity out there for me to be had, and real estate has always intrigued me and I have invested a ton of time and energy into learning as much about the business as possible. 

Since I have been studying here and listening to financial independent discussion, I often hear that their service can help you achieve the goal you set. 

My personal residence has increased in price in the last few years and you probably know this doesn't occur often in Japan.

Perhaps I am being too paranoid, I worry about a large apartment investment deal being forced to liquidate during a downturn, perhaps this doesn't happen often. 

Often content with seemingly low returns, big money may have longer time horizons and consider the tax benefit as the big win.
