When I get up in the morning and workout, be it an hour lifting weights, a brisk jog, some form of cardio, yoga, swimming...whatever, I've found a direct correlation to my actual ability to create success in my life.

So, A lead called me this morning and stated they were interested in a short sale.

Each morning he faxes me what happened or what he did the previous day.
