You can establish a Roth S401K and make contributions (bigger than with a SDIRA), but you can't bring your Roth 401K or Roth IRA into it.I suggest you take a serious look at S401K before discarding the idea.

Mainly I'm confused about: When you quit claim it from a name to an LLC it is neither a contribution or a loan so how is it properly accounted for?

So when you take out 80k as distribution, that amount was either you put in as captial contribution ( common stock or Apic for a S-Corp) or it was previously earned and retained in the Corp as retained earning.You are just taking that out.

What I *didn't know* was that once that LLC was set up, we could never make additional contributions, make new purchases etc.... a 'one and done' so to speak.
