Mortgage insurance for new FHA loans, effective March 20, 2023, is going to be much lower.

Since mid-March, we're seeing some sellers take their homes temporarily off the market (wanting to avoid showings, presumably), but the buyers are still there, so it's still a strong market!

Most likely the HELOC ans refinance will set similar requirements on Debt to Income.we are in March 2023,  File your 2022 taxes now if they reflect higher income. 

. - He's currently well below market rent for the property, but last owner was a big company and they maxed out his rent increase at 10% last March 2021.

We plan to start the real estate buying process of finding the lender, real estate agent, etc. sometime in early Fall of this year with the intention of closing on a place around March, 2024 when our rental lease ends.We are very interested in house hacking.

Rented them out for two years then sold this past year in March and April of 2022 when the market was on fire. 

@Kelly Secosky if you aren't going to close before the end of the month, I would recommend you request the current owner (seller) provide a 30-day notice to the tenant BEFORE March 1st.
