Looking to Network With Local Investors

Afternoon everyone - I am 25, and a young investor looking to network with a group of investors or work with folks in my local market to get into the real estate space. I am actively searching for my first deal in the suburbs of Philadelphia in the Delaware, Chester, and Montgomery counties. Hoping a local network would able me to understand the nuances of the greater Philadelphia market and work together for deals in the future. Since I am so fresh I would love some advice from experienced investors.
