one large disadvantage  - if you need financing on it  - loans are not the easies to locate for condotels and for the options that  are out there - pricing is higher than " normal pproperty

I am located in northern New Jersey and am looking for driven and hungry individuals to help me assemble my best RE team.

So here are some details on the property: it is located in a prime, very central location in the old town of Lviv.

Since I can't locate and set fire to the offending unit, I'm hoping there are preventative steps to keep them at bay. 

In these locations, we rent furnished rooms, since most international students are arriving with a suitcase and ambition, this approach has proved to be popular.  

At this point I just do a driveby, I am more concerned about location, neighborhood, size of house and property than how distressed it is.

@James SyedI worked with the VP & Branch Manager of the Rock Hill location, and he directed me to the right people after that.

I currently have enough money saved up to purchase a 3-4 family using an FHA/FHA 203k loan in my desired location, which is Worcester, MA.

Tertiary goal is to learn enough and build enough so that when I do retire from the fire department I can take my knowledge and skills with me to my new location - most likely a beach somewhere in the Carolinas - and be able to invest locally in beach rentals.
