Not looking for a handout , just a direction .I would like to know how I would be able to distinguish between a flip that's a GO and one that just isn't worth the time , plus I don't know anything about repairs and how to know how much is needed to input into the expenses situation .Thanks everyone Best regards Bob

We can "ease" into our first REI experience without worrying about "buying right" since we're essentially starting with a property that was purchased at prices from a 12 year old market, but we get to charge today's rent.I input numbers into the BP Rental calculator to see what it looks like.

Develop a strategy; allow that strategy to be a little flexible as you get more inputs.
