At places like Petsmart or similar they sell black lights which with lights turned off can show up urine stains.You might be thinking it is just on the floor. it could be also on furniture,the walls, corners,etc.

I want them to want mine because I have nicer cabinets, counters, lighting, etc. compared to the others even if everything else is relatively the same.

I am not sure how easily the existing tenants in the 3 bedroom unit would be to replace to do some light renovations and up the rents but I will play that one by ear and research possibly strategies.
