Hi @Major Robertson I would suggest shopping around for a mortgage company.

Im in the car typing this as my wife is Christmas shopping on North and Clybourn (I do mine on Amazon).

Personally, I HATE the fact that we live under a regulatory environment in which a guy with a good investment or business idea can't shop it to some people and obtain risk capital without worrying about arcane issues of compliance and disclosure written into law 80 years ago when the world was a different place.  

And find a Realtor who is investor friendly, when you do go shopping for property.  

Finally, if anybody knows commercial lenders that offer competitive rates for long term rental property financing in Florida, please PM me as I´m shopping around for one! 

If you do not know what your destination is then how in the world would you shop for flights to get there.

New homes, shopping centers, hospitals, etc. the first property that I obtain is in the sparks area.

With boutique shopping, world class restaurants and golf courses, fun-filled attractions, highly-rated school districts and well-known military bases, Destin to 30A now competes as a true global area.

I believe this would make a great rental for a HUD recipient, the house needs repairs and sits near a shopping mall.
