Wholesaling is a tough job.

We both have strong W-2 jobs, have pre-qualified for strong financing, and will live in one of these units.

I do have a full time job I’m not planning on leaving anytime soon.

This is where you could meet a lender that you can broker too without your own funds.. although no experience maybe a little tough.. could be good to get a job with one first learn the ropes then move on to your own brokerage. 

Last year I saw a FSBO while I was going to lunch from a job .

I work a FT W-2 job and my husband has a self employed consulting business.

The truth is usually somewhere in the middle and if the Listing agent did thier job well then hopefully the asking price is reasonable.

On one of my recent repairs, he left the job midway and is expecting a pay for the unfinished work.
