Perhaps you need to do further investigating in this nonsense. 

@Nicholas Crum You're absolutely right about the moving money around potentially raising a red flag with a lender and that's something i'm going to have to investigate further.  

Otherwise it may not be something I would be investigating, which is why I wanted to reach out to the community and see if there are other members that have successfully launched franchise locations as a supplement to their real estate business. 

Catching a piece of the market at that point could be advantageous.Then there are other situations I find that need more investigation.
