For my property in McKinney, Texas, I requested the following for each applicant:Most recent 4 pay stubsCredit/Criminal BG checkPrevious 2 landlord contactsReason for leaving the past 2 locationsPersonal interview with all adult applicants togetherAt the end of the day, you are providing them with the keys to your property, and you are taking on a risk.

I intend to buy, rehab, and sell many houses this year and the next, so is it unreasonable for me to ask for this when interviewing agents, or will I only attracting the eager yet inexperienced agents by doing so?
