I did quite a lot of digging and mind you; I run a software company so I am relatively savvy at research, and found almost ZERO negative information..which is interesting in the world of the internet where you can find people who will hate on ANYTHING.

The timeshare also will rent out available weeks, you can do it on the internet when the owners do not want to use it. 

Unfortunately, there are a lot of tech companies trying to do your job over the internet.

Well technically you have other options (litigation, BBB, blasting them on the internet), but those options are more costly than they are worth.Since working out a reasonable solution with the owner of the company is not going to work. 

I have been referring real estate leads (these are overflow internet based leads that I generate for my own properties) over to landlords who are renting out apartments. 

I would interview a few, pick one, and engage him/her for their time to tailor-fit an asset protection strategy if your assets are substantial and you're serious about asset protection and growing your real estate portfolio, rather creating a legal entity structure with free internet advice that a first year law student could poke holes through...
