New Podio user question

I just got podio yesterday and setup a new workspace and imported a real estate investor pack. How are you guys setting everything up to keep track of your list and who you contacted. Are you keeping leads with people who responded and you set appointments with over the phone separate? Are you doing this all in one seller leads app or keeping them separated?
