I have been a member for a couple months but just began to interact with others today.  

Professionally, I would only recommend Interactive Brokers or M1 Finance.

Most people with whom I interact can't keep up with my sense of urgency.

Do not let the interaction intimidate you.

I avoid being a "friend" but am "friendly" in my interactions if this makes sense.Tenant just had a baby.

With consumer credit so tight, there is a need for something more and peer to peer lending responds to that need for both borrowers and investors.The internet and social networks enable peer to peer interaction on an unprecedented scale.

Changed the way I was able to interact wduring interviews.

I pay a bit more for my prop's than probably most here, but with that come Class A Tenants, school zone's that are HIGHLY sought after, and LITTLE interaction with tenants.  

@Jeff Rabinowitz  I am active on the boards but really have zero interaction for know the inner workings of the company...

I see post on BP were the goal is to get to 5k a month of passive income and the poster feels they then have security for life and can quit the day job etc.from my perspective and just interacting with all sorts of folks for all the years I have,, as one climbs the ladder usually expenses climb with you..
