If a single member LLC that does not file a tax return then the individuals joint tax return will be the exchanger. 

We live in Ohio and both have prior real estate investing experience, but this is our first business venture working together, and would like to set up our LLC in Wyoming. 

I have a similar experience to Nicholas - rented out my Indianapolis suburban home that I lived in (Class A) when I moved back to CA.

Could anyone refer an authorized inspector that you had good experience with by any chance?

I have not really seen any of the 100% lenders want to work with anyone that have very low experience and no money.

I have experience investing in Historical properties, residencial and New construction.

Does anyone have any advice or can you connect me with a realtor who has experience in this area? 

I'd like to join a group that shares experience and bounces ideas. 

I learned a lot from hearing about other investors' experiences and most of them like to talk about what's worked or what hasn't gone well. 2) I watched YouTube videos from David Greene from BP and Coach Carson (along with many others).
