Contact HUD and they can provide you with the proper forms and instructions for increasing rent or terminating.

If the inspector did not see a leak during inspection, this could be considered a "hidden defect."

I'm a advocate of higher education less so of the instructions that provide it.

A private person chooses to lend with us because their own money is not providing them with good enough returns so we "sell" them on the idea of getting better returns with us rather than their 401k or something like that.All of the private people I use for financing I still draft a note for them and instruct the title company how to document it on the deed.  

I wish there was a better guide with consolidated instructions about all the hoops you need to jump through to assume all your property ownership rights in this town.

It just says that we acknowledge the date they are moving out, and it provides move-out instructions.

Is mail accumulating, or did the USPS get forwarding instructions?

I ask because manufacturers TOS state "Commercial, non-residential, multiple-family use, or use inconsistent with published user, operator or installation instructions" are not covered.

Read their contract carefully and look for hidden meanings.
