@J ScottGood point, but I pretty much disregard this "technicality" on practicality...S-Corp election does allow you to save on the employer side of self employment (not FICA which is technically the employee side that you see on a paycheck onlyi) above a reasonable salary.

If in house employees are valued and given a great working environment so that retention is high, I'd like to believe long term training would be well worth the investment.It's hilarious how a lot of my peers want to live in big cities with nice things yet they don't put in the work to be able to afford it and then complain about not having enough money to travel/live their lifestyle dream!
