Who knows.What really gets under my skin is the lack of enforcement of federal illegal immigration laws on both federal and state level.

I apologize for this long post, theres not much that gets under my skin especially online because we know anyone can say they know about real estate and pretend to be a sucessfull investor...But throwing a company i work with under bus to potientially destroy their name that dosent sit well with me....smh

Brad advises against that for your first several deals as you build a track record, but what if somebody had relevant skills, or experience, or a big network of potential investors that trusted them, and may be ok with the sponsor not having skin in the game?  

I have a pretty thick skin but this was an overall unpleasant experience.

Investing seems like you have (to use an overused term) More Skin In The Game.

Most likely you will need to have some skin in the game.

This was the reason we first got into caves from trees, made fire, wore skins of animals, and fought wars.  

If I walk away from a deal, the last thing on my mind would be my $100K skin in the game.

Now, as to insulting, I don't believe it was insulting at all to warn our new member about wholesaling with assigned contracts, if you were insulted, get thinker skin in the real estate business. 

Many ways to skin the cat ... many ways to make money on both appreciation and cash flow on high quality RE in high quality locations (which is the kind that tends to appreciate) ... and we didn't even get into whether said appreciation was market appreciation, forced appreciation, or some combination thereof ...
