Making only the scheduled payment, that doesn't turn around until roughly the 195th payment (16-1/4 years - past the half-way point in the life of the loan).

They didn't go inside for ours, so the majority of what they required from us were things visible from the exterior of the property (unfortunately our garage door is glass, so that's how they saw there was a bed in there).

Perhaps turn one or both units into a halfway house for same charity.

Aside from a couple broken panes of glass they seem structurally sound.

It will most likely be an expensive lesson.Don't meet them halfway unless it is of benefit to you.

It has brand new windows and sliding glass door.
