I am genuinely curious are you guys seeing 20% returns yearly or something because seeing all of the extra costs needed to even just begin saving for a house is kind of demoralizing even when you have a good salary and side businesses.

Maybe some of them are genuine, but it's not a risk I'm willing to take out of respect for my neighbors. 

Be genuinely interested in real estate.
