I haven't any other way into real estate at the time and these guys are in my age group so I feel like working with them would be fun, and I feel like I could quickly start managing the area as they branch out into new markets which they discussed with me they plan on doing... however; they mentioned to me that they would like for me to work full time for them and that the pay would start only after I finished the first month of "training" or going through their "curriculum."

With that, here I am.I know next to nothing about REI, but I have always had an interest in RE since I was young and I actually used to want to just work at Home Depot just to be around it all, so I have no doubt that this will be fun an rewarding in the long haul.I cannot wait to look back at 2015 and see how I have grown over 3, 5, or even 10 years after making this executive decision.All that being said, I love just reading and listening to all I can right now and it is a blast filling my notebook with all the information I am finding here in the community and that is really my primary focus for the foreseeable future.
