So this property was a VA foreclosure listed for $96,900 3/2 1400 sq ft house, dual cooled, 9500 sq ft lot, built in 1980.

It is a foreclosure but looks to be in decent condition.Can anyone give me an idea of what it would cost to have something like this done?
