We are both in our early 20s and keep our expenses extremely low (less than $2k a month).

Can I include something in the Rental Agreement where they would sign, acknowledging the stair issue and that we are not liable? 

I live in Central Florida and we are looking to get started in possibly flipping homes.

I have no doubt that we are the only 2 people on BP with rental property in Byers !
