Honestly speaking, your monthly income is dictated by your work ethic.

They have ethics and rules they are bound by. 

This thread is more of a reminder to myself to not rely on social media or software rather, to learn how to form relationships in person without the reliance of technology and to always remember that this is a business based upon ethics, communication, reliance and execution, not technology.                      

Obviously in turn I would work beside them and share what I know of what they are interested in while we work.Another way is to bring an opportunity to a meetup and run it by an ethical pro for analysis help.  

No ethical violation at all as the selling agent represents the best interests of the seller. 

I started a property maintenance business of my own (self-employed, essentially just 'giving myself a job') for about a year, a few years ago (part time).If I stop trucking full time, which I could see happening in a couple years, I would also strongly consider starting a property management company as long as whatever area I am involved in has a need for a QUALITY PM company (it sounds like many areas are, in general).I have always had a tenacious work ethic and love building wealth.

I have a few agents under me, and I'll take on others as long as they have experience (and ethics), but they can't be needy - I don't have the time or the patience for it.I know that someone who lays that foundation can do well in sales and make a killer income - more power to them. 

I went to one of their seminars and was very disappointed ethically and interns of content quality.  

I believe you have an opportunity to ethically position yourself as the "go-to" broker for multifamily in your area.
