Pay attention to gentrification projects, housing growth and appreciation, job growth, and economic growth, etc. i.e Are any big companies planning to build or shut down near by?

Become an expert in one then branch out. 

I suspect that some of us that have seen 0% vacancy for a while will finally experience economic vacancy for a month or two.

Once they feel happy and secure people will start spending which will lead to heavy inflation.I think china and s Korea did not make massive economic stimulus the way us, uk and other countries did.
