Start my own PM Company in Philadelphia
Recently, I purchased my first duplex in Philadelphia but my goal is to start my own property management company in the near future. I would like the ability to manage my own properties and that of others. Both Short term and long term rentals.
Would any one have any suggestions on what I would need to start this type of company ? Would I need a broker's license ?
