You can't do that any more than you could limit your tenants to just whites, or no Latinos, or just people that work at dry cleaners.Excepting on-campus dormitories or those MFRs owned or actually managed by a university, there's no such thing as "college students only" housing.

Hi All,I am deciding on washing machine with built in coin box or washing machine connected to coin timers.My concern was if the coinbox attached if the timer get over before the machine completes or if tenants put example 2 quarters which I would thing would give 10 mins wash time and then hanging in the apartments to dry the clothes (Never know today people try all different things).Also which washer brands is better - Whirlpool, Maytag, Speed Queen, Crossover.Wanted to know your experiences.Thanks,Steve

Dependent on that towns future, many towns have completely died out as industry and commerce dried up.A safer investment would be a growing metropolitan area that has the attributes necessary to grow in the future.

It is a dry county with a liquor license grandfathered in so if anyone has any experience dealing with anything like that, any suggestions or tips would be really helpful!
