Unless you’re using something off the shelf like butcher block or Formica

Now for the 'unique opportunities', due to the communist history and extreme weather, 99% of the population live in aparmtent blocks.

The reason is because they can cause damage and disgust on the property.

In general unlicensed contractors do work on your property, your homeowners and liability insurance policies will not cover damage caused by the work should the work be completed incorrectly.

Might sound stupid since they owed so much back rent, but in many places failure to send notice of deductions can not only void those deductions, but you could end up owing money to the estate for the security deposit and additional damages. 

Appreciate any thoughts/ advice since renting out my apt . is a new situation for me, especially in light of unforeseen ceiling damage.
