Estimating rehabs are my weak spot -- do you have any suggestions for getting these numbers verified?

Its an awesome city.. but its huge 16 million people.. so chance of being in the wrong spot is quite remote. 

There are many light spots, you can see the original hardwood square perimeter design on the kitchen floor, and some pet stains are still visible.

But I have decided to move forward and go to the next tax deed sale here in tampa and see what I can score...does any one have any advice on how I can stop crawling and start walking just a little..Thank you

I can't see many people wanting to travel there... best spots for AirBnb in Phoenix metro area downtown, tempe, oldtown scottsdale and kierland area.Ultimately, the question to answer is "Is the product I'm trying to create something that people already want?"

@Jason Ryerson, @Dmitriy Fomichenko is spot on as to some ways to find them. 

Water spots were in the kitchen ceiling which raised some flags.

They are in closets or crawls oftenI do drain a few rusty gallons from them yearly though so they last and last👍

Bring your paperwork to the property that way it can be signed if you can negotiate the right deal there on the spot.
