You'll need to follow that lease (whether you agree or not with it). 

While taxes are necessary to keep the country running, property taxes can differ from street to street, so make sure the taxes your tenant/buyer would be paying make sense for the services they would be using. 

The Landlord must attempt to get the property occupied at fair market value, and while vacant the tenant will make full monthly payments agreed in the lease until occupied.

I have a hard time selling it , and it sits on the Market for months on end, and I end up eating the Bill.I understand that I can Rent it out , but I'm using Private $ , so the Backer will of course won't their$ back + the $ we agree upon once it sells.But if I can't sell it , then i'm stuckAny and all insight , tips and advice is much appreciated

Unlike the Reagon/Volcker years, we now have an $18 trillion deficit and our country can no longer afford to pay 20% interest payments on $18 trillion as the $3.6 trillion would exceed our tax revenues. 

Hey everyone, I have been doing commercial property management privately for over five years now and I'm sure most of you will agree that finding and keeping a solid tenant is the biggest challenge, yet, is the most important objective on your list at all times.I have sandwich signs posted near the main roads at all of my properties, and recently created banners to hang on windows.

I was moving cross country on military orders and stayed in a hotel until closing.

I agree with @Curt Davis, the provider should cover the cost.
