A quick introduction, I'm a web developer out of Columbus, Ohio and a serviceman in the Army National Guard.

Hello BP team,Just an introduction my name is william flowers I'm currently a network engineer for the government, previously an member of the U.S Army.

After multiple podcasts where Josh has been mentioning people who just create profiles and lurk, I decided to take the plunge with interacting and here is my introduction post.Right now, I am facing the challenges of getting mortgages (past the 4 in my name).. in addition to lower loan amounts (<50k for the paid off house) or seasoning requirements.

Eventually my plan was for us to do our own deals going forward but I wanted to gauge the community here to see if there could be other options we have.I appreciate any feedback and also wanted to provide an introduction. 

Also I apologize for not using the search function more comprehensively, but I am limited on time.From what I have gathered, loans can no longer be assumed under the table because of Dodd Frank? 

(Should be comprehensive and well beyond just credit score).
