When you say it didn't pass inspection, do you mean it didn't pass with flying colors?

Often people seem to think it is all about picking the right color, right day of the week, right size, right postage, right nickname, right legal entity, right audience.In the past 30 years the individual investors I know have bought thousands of properties. 

I noticed their lawyer also wrote to the brokerage for not just his signing, but also the another broker in Major Real Estate Firm...No surprise..he is taking forever to 'sign this' I am sure in an attempt to hold this up...Showing his true colors once again..To start with, to me, what he did was try to take advantage of an elderly buyer, and then try a fast one on me.  

Some people say white sheets are best, but I actually prefer colored/patterned sheets for a touch of personality.

That is when a lot of their expertise can be utilized with decisions on finishes, colors, rehab ideas etc.

Carpet-When we do have carpet, the carpet we use is color died in the liquid state, it is a less vibrant color, but the color will not come out.

The kitchen is small so be mindful with color contrast. 

And are there other options like going month to month / a two month deposit / or a co-signer you would consider if you couldn’t get more color - or just pass all together?

White is a pretty normal trim color.
