Our utility company which covers Nest development office suggests better insulation, furnace and air duct leakage as most household, apartments have an appreciable leakage issue.

Just be sure to paint the wall the same color so you can't see a different color through the cracks. 

Do you use standard colors for your walls or do you just paint everything white? 

The expense of moving over to forced air heating wouldn't be in the removal of the radiators (baseboard or otherwise) but in adding the proper ducting throughout the house for the new furnace. 

Even placing the colorful stamps helped make the process feel less monotonous.  

In the kitchen below we took out about 18" of a wall to allow space for a breakfast bar (we could not take out more due to duct work).

Usually I have to point out that you need more art for color but BAM baby, plenty of stuff to look at.

You might consider changing the header/navigation color scheme to blue and use red as an accent and for your buttons.

@Aaron Wyssmann  & @Karen Margrave  Since you guys have experience in developing and contracting, if you have any other advice as to how I can show my value and contribute (and how i cannot contribute by interfering on preferences of paint colors :)) so he sees value in this relationship so it can pave the way for more opportunities down the road, I would greatly appreciate any input on that as well.
