How about the 3 day lab or the coaching they offer?

Be careful about anyone making their money selling $10,000+ coaching / mentoring / training programs!

I was referring to originating loans and seller carry backs... some are exempt others are not.. its state specific and most coach's and gurus talk in General terms that may or may not be relevant for where your student resides.that's all I was pointing out...these folks  DF and Safe act absolutely impact the private investor who is doing any volume.. in some states not so much in others it moves you to the status of NMLS or RE broker like CA.

I recently took advantage of the free coaching with the American Investors Association (AIA) and everything seems on the up and up.

I read online about how they will hound you to buy "personal coaching", or managing your money in a private placement or separately managed account.

If you are going to do some sort of coaching where you have to pay thousands, at least go with someone like Rich Dad Coaching, Lee Escobar, or Frank Rolfe.

The commentary between he and his guest, revolved around coaching and the cost of coaching.

We signed up with a "guru" a few years ago, and got assigned to one of his "coaches."
