Good morning and Happy Holidays, BPrs,My brother-in-law is thinking of moving to Pittsburgh and I suggested he consider a nice house hack to get started.

The one property in the llc shows significant losses, which would put her debt/income in an unsafe area for being pre approved.Question is, if I add someone else (brother or in laws possibly) would they have to file a separate return as well for the llc?

I was raised with my 4 brothers, cousin, aunt, mom and dad (until they divorced) in a 760 sq ft house.

For the down payment I raised the 20k mostly from a friend and my brother so I could have a reserve in place that I felt comfortable with.

Most of the down payment I raised from my brother and a friend that I'm also paying back at 5.8%.

My brothers and I inherited my fathers farm.  

During the recession, my brother was able to purchase 3 properties in California.

Hey guys I need help and appreciate everyone who has experience and can give advice The owner of the condo passes away and was left to his brother "bob" bob hasn't done anything with the property my mother and bother in-law started cleaning the property out and found out he doesn't know what to do with the property might sell is what he said!

I was really excited about getting my first property/duplex under contract and went through inspections and was moving forward to closing.After working through what it would need to add the third bedroom it dawned on me that the main bedroom(and 3rd bedroom if added) in each side does not have any windows (no escape route). 

So My brother owns a condo in MA and the condo association is very dysfunctional and honestly there is only one old man running as the president and he is really sick and nothing has been done.
