You may want to search for the forums with the exact wording of your post.Also, you can use the search bar and filter by CPA.

I have seen similar types situation where they use shade/mesh or fabric panels that are very easy/inexpensive to have tailored by an upholsterer or DIY and can look relatively decent...they add zero structural nor do they satisfy any sort of building codes....but serve only to avoid goofy accidents of a child getting their head or an appendage stuck between the bars. best of luck!

Manufactured home builders have raised the bar on interior quality, fit, and finish so much as to now be on par with site built -  and at somewhere around half the cost of a comparable site built house.   

Our area is less friendly to the bar crowd then that part of town.

Next I analyzed my location & how close I was to different businesses: gyms, grocery stores, underground metro rail, coffee shops, bars, hospitals, lounges, etc (in Los Angeles this is important since traffic can be insane) After that, I looked at what other landlords were charging for rooms in my area (craigslist, Facebook market place, radpad, word of mouth, etc).

Cell phone service can be spotty depending on provider (1-2 bars).Guests (who is also a host) got there late yesterday evening for a 6-day stay.
